With reference to Law 150, year 2000 (in confirmation of legislative decree 29/93), URP service is in charge of:
- Guarantee the exercise of rights of information, access to acts and participation
- Accept requests from users with particular needs
- Inform the public about the services provided by the Library
- Promote tests to check the services’ quality
For a more effective communication with the public and institutions, URP service:
- Creates and updates the Library website
- Produces digital format of the most important Library exhibitions and promotes it.
- Informs the public and the press about the activities that take place in the Salone Teresiano
- Manages and promotes international communication on-line
- Manages and promotes interinstitutional communication
