The service charter
The Service Charter is a written commitment between the University Library of Pavia and its users.
It represents an authentic agreement with the readers, it is an instrument to communicate and inform them about all the services offered, the terms of use and the standards that we follow, to verify that all the commitments are met, to evaluate all the services in several ways such as lodging complaints.
The Chart will be periodically reviewed and updated, taking into consideration all the goals achieved and comparing the indications provided by our users, in order to constantly improve the services offered.
